Whey Protein Ice Cream Mix is a first for the sports industry. This high protein formula allows you to simply make up your own protein ice cream with over 47g of whey protein per serving. Each 60g serving makes up 250ml of delicious ice cream.

t’s really simple to make our Whey Protein Ice Cream Mix into a delicious frozen dessert. Simply add two scoops of mix (60g) to 190ml of skimmed milk in a bowl. Give it a good mix for approximately 30-60 seconds and pour into a tub for freezing.
It will take approximately four hours for the ice cream to freeze fully an ideally you should aim to stir the mix every 1-2 hours. This isn't essential, but if you can’t it may mean that you need to let the ice cream soften a little before eating.
For even better results Whey Protein Ice Cream Mix can also be made in an ice cream maker. Prepare the mix in the same way adding 190ml of skimmed milk for every 60g of Protein Ice Cream Mix. Add to the ice cream maker, following the manufacturer’s instructions.
