Deliveries & Packaging
All of our goods are couriered by a leading U.K. courier company and we aim to have your delivery at your specified address within 24 hours of dispatch.
We currently offer deliveries on a Monday, Wednesday and Friday - please select the most convenient date in checkout.
You will receive a tracking number and will be kept up to date with dispatch, transit and delivery of your box via email and text. Our drivers will aim to deliver your goods between the times of 07.00-19.30.
It is important that you ensure somebody is present at the delivery address to collect your order, or alternatively, please make sure you fill in the ‘Delivery Instructions’ and provide the driver with as many details as possible – for instance you may request to have your box delivered to a neighbour’s house or put in a safe place (shed or porch). The courier will always look for a safe location to leave your parcel should you not leave any delivery instructions and there is nobody home to collect the goods.
Should the courier fail to deliver the box it will be taken back to the depot and they will contact you with regards re-arranging delivery. They can attempt again to deliver that same day or the following day but it will be your responsibility to re-arrange a delivery.
The LiveLean boxes are specially designed to keep your meats chilled and fresh for up to 48 hours so do not worry in the event your order takes an extra day!
If you think you may have difficulty in getting your LiveLean box delivered, why not have it sent to your place of work? Or, check with your gym and see if you can have the delivery made there and collect after work.
LiveLean orders must be a minimum of £25 with a postage and packaging charge of £3.95. For orders over £75 delivery will be free of charge.
We deliver to all post-codes throughout England and Wales and a large portion of Scotland, however there are some remote locations to which we cannot provide a delivery service. We cannot deliver to the following postcodes:

When buying perishable goods online it is important to know that they will arrive at your door as fresh as the moment they were packaged. We have taken great steps to ensure that this is the case by using specially designed temperature controlled boxes which guarantees that your meat stays perfectly fresh for up to 48 hours…. Just think of our boxes as mini, transportable fridges!
Your LiveLean goods are protected in transit by the following:
High Quality Temperature Controlled Packaging – we use Food Grade Foil Insulation in each box which ensures that the perishable goods stay fresh for up to 48 hours.
Tough Outer Cardboard Box – Our custom made double corrugated outer box ensures that the contents of your box stay intact throughout transit.
Hydrated Ice Sheets – placed on top of the perishable goods to ensure that your fresh meat and fish remains chilled throughout its journey.
Vacuum Packaging – Our meat and fish products are vacuum sealed after they have been freshly cut to ensure they stay as fresh as the moment they were prepared.
Additional Packaging – we will use additional bubble wrap and/or Styrofoam to protect against any breakages of glass or our ambient products.

Important Delivery Disclaimer
As soon as your parcel has left our packing facility and is in the hands of the courier, whilst of course we will help to track it where we can, it is your responsibility to track and manage its delivery. LiveLean accepts no responsiility for consignments which are lost in transit. We will endeavour to help locate and resolve any issues but it is ultimately the customer's duty to ensure somebody is at home to collect the parcel or a safe place is stated in the instructions for the courier to leave there. Should you choose to re-arrange a delivery with the courier, you need to mindful that the contents will only stay fresh for a certain period of time. We have customer support who operate Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm who will be happy to help and if you are expecting a delivery that day please contact us within those hours in the event you cannot track your order.
Some of the goods we supply are perishable and so it is your responsibility to either ensure that somebody is in to collect them or provide a safe environment for our courier to leave the box. Should your order be returned to the courier’s depot, it is your responsibility to collect within 48 hours from our dispatch. Our boxes are tested and designed to keep the products at the requisite temperature for up to 48 hours, however once a parcel has left our facility it is in 3rd party hands and we, accordingly, cannot be held responsible the products contained withiin it. We use a trusted a carrier and experience very few problems which should not put you off from ordering.
It is important to note that LiveLean accepts no liability for parcels which are delivered to incorrect locations due to incorrect shipping information being provided. Please check carefully that the information you input is accurate so as to ensure safe delivery of your cosignment.
