Spicy Chicken and avocado wraps revised

    chicken breasts
  • 1 tsp of melted coconut oil
  • 1 red pepper, chopped
  • 1 red onion, chopped
  • 1 tbsp Jamaican Jerk spice mix
  • 1 avocado
  • 4 tortilla wraps
  • Lettuce leaves and coconut cream to garnish


Cooking Time

15 mins


  1. Heat 1 tsp of coconut oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Add chicken and cook for about 2-3 minutes.
  2. Add the remaining tsp of coconut oil, red pepper, chopped onion and Jamaican Jerk spice mix. Cook, stirring constantly for about 2-5 minutes.
  3. To serve, assemble each wrap by spreading with a little coconut cream (if liked), then pile on some lettuce leaves, avocado and chicken mix. Roll up tightly to make a big cigar, cut in half and eat with your fingers. Enjoy!
