If I select 'Pay after Delivery' will a credit search take place against me?
Neither Klarna nor LiveLean perform credit searches against you which will impact your credit rating. Klarna may from time to time run unrecorded enquiries which does not affect credit rating.
I have chosen to Pay after Delivery - is it correct that I pay on Klarna's website?
Yes - if you have chosen to Pay after Delivery then Klarna will email you with a link to their web-site. You will be asked to settle your payment on this platform.
What are my payment options with Klarna?
You can either pay with your debit/credit card on our site, or alternatively, you can select pay after delivery where you will be emailed by Klarna to settle your payment within 14 days on their website.
How does Pay after Delivery work?
After you have submitted your order with LiveLean you will receive an email from Klarna, directing you to their website to pay within 14 days.
What information is needed by Klarna to Pay after Delivery?
Klarna require your mobile phone number as well as email address. Your mobile is required in the event they need to contact you directly and your email is needed to provide you a link to their site to arrange payment. It is important to provide Klarna with the correct contact details as you may be liable for delayed payment fees in the event you do not pay within the 14 days.
Can I pay pay before the due date?
Yes - you can pay at any time before your payment due date by following the email and link which Klarna send to you.
What will I be charged if I do not pay the remaining balance within the 14 days?
If you have not paid the balance in full after the 14 day period, you will be charged a late payment fee. If you miss a further payment, you be charged a late payment fee of up to £8 each time it is missed.
Can my order be delivered to an address other than my billing address when using Klarna?
Yes - you can select to have your parcel delivered to any address within the U.K. within our post code limitations.
How do I cancel my order?
Please contact us as soon as possible at firstname.lastname@example.org or call us during our office hours (Monday - Friday 9.00am - 5.00pm) and we will endeavour to help. Please note that it is not always possible to cancel an order if it has started to be processed.
How quickly will I be refunded?
