Who said dessert needed to be fancy? This 3 ingredient recipe can be whipped up in less than half an hour and can be enjoyed without a hint of guilt!
Prep time: 20 minutes
240g frozen berries
2 tbsp honey
4 tbsp Liquid Egg Whites
Topping of your choice, we like chopped berries and a drizzle of honey!
1- Add all fruit to a food processor with the honey and blitz for around 60 seconds until you have a rough puree.
2- In a clean bowl, whisk the egg whites until the mixture has at least doubled in volume and lightened in colour.
3- Add a spoonful of the egg white mixture and mix well, then gently fold the fruit mixture into the egg whites until all fully combined.
4- Decant into ramekins or small glasses and refrigerate for 2 hours before serving with toppings of your choice.
