This recipe is 1.5 syns (for the meatballs) & healthy extra A per serving on Slimming World
To serve two -
- 12 Live Lean meatballs
- 2 tablespoons of quark
- 2 tablespoons on tomato purée
- 60g of permesan cheese
- 200g of dried pasta
- Fresh coriander to garnish
- - Cook 200ml dried pasta
- - Fry a pack of liveleanuk meatballs (1/2 a syn per 2 meatballs on slimming world) in fry light.
- - Mix 1 egg, 2tbsp quark, 2 tbsp tomato puree, 60g of Parmesan cheese, garlic, salt, pepper in a bowl.
- - Strain pasta & add the sauce. Let it heat through.
- - Add the meatballs & stir through.
- - Garnish with coriander & serve.
