Danielle French - Creamy tomato Live Lean meatball pasta

This recipe is 1.5 syns (for the meatballs) & healthy extra A per serving on Slimming World

Ingredients

To serve two -

  • -  12 Live Lean meatballs
  • -  Garlic
  • -  Salt
  • -  Pepper
  • -  2 tablespoons of quark
  • -  2 tablespoons on tomato purée
  • -  60g of permesan cheese
  • -  200g of dried pasta
  • -  Fresh coriander to garnish

Method

  •  -  Cook 200ml dried pasta
  • -  Fry a pack of liveleanuk meatballs (1/2 a syn per 2 meatballs on slimming world) in fry light.
  •  -  Mix 1 egg, 2tbsp quark, 2 tbsp tomato puree, 60g of Parmesan cheese, garlic, salt, pepper in a  bowl.
  • -  Strain pasta & add the sauce. Let it heat through.
  • -  Add the meatballs & stir through.
  • -  Garnish with coriander & serve.
